After completing this new build (spec home), we were awarded this project after serendipitously meeting the homeowner during a site check. The goal was to complete the home within the modern farmhouse framework that existed, but to lean into the edginess of the black doors and window frames we selected throughout. Additionally, the goal was to create a relaxed, inviting, and layered approach to this first floor and basement furnishings.
