PHASE 1

STEP 1.  ONBOARDING:

Onboarding a new client involves understanding their vision, preferences, and budget. It includes establishing clear communication, setting goals, and building trust. The process ensures a personalized design solution that exceeds expectations..

  • Questionnaire

  • Discovery Call

  • Design Agreement + Initial Deposit

STEP 2.  KICK-OFF MEETING:

The kick-off meeting is the official start of the project, setting the tone and direction. We discuss objectives, timelines, and expectations while exchanging ideas and clarifying design preferences. Budget, scope, and deliverables are also addressed, establishing a strong working relationship and ensuring alignment on the project's vision and desired outcomes.

  • Sharing Inspiration Images

  • Establish Timeline & Schedule Presentation Day

STEP 3.  MEASUREMENTS / PHOTOS:

Here is where we are start making our progress on the project and we look to the clients to assist with this valuable portion. It is vital to gather all of the measurements and pictures of the spaces we will be working in. Our team will send you guidelines to follow, along with additionoal tips/tricks, to get our team the information that is needed.

STEP 4.  CONCEPT &  DESIGN DEVELOPMENT:

We will prepare the to-scale drawings in AutoCAD, create detailed plans, estimate the budget, create specification sheets and prepare for client presentation.

STEP 5.  FINAL REVISIONS:

In this final stage, we will make adjustments to the plan, based on the Presentation meeting. We will take our final selections, place them into the final drawings and floor plans and begin preparing those final documents, as needed. We also firm our budget with actual selections and materials, prior to preparing for the final meeting.

  • Design Implementation

  • Final Floor Plans

  • Re-Selections

STEP 6.  PROJECT WRAP-UP & DESIGN HANDOFF:

Here is our final meeting for the project. By this step, we will have our initial selections, along with revised alternatives, to have a final design style presentation prepared for the client. This generally occurs in a two-part process--the final meeting and the follow-up email. It is here where we will land the plane and prepare the client for the final step.

  • Any Additional Documentation Required

STEP 7.  CLIENT-LED INSTALLATION:
