The Vision: Sometimes the smallest projects become the biggest transformations. What began as a request to maximize a daughter's upstairs bedroom quickly evolved into a complete reimagining of the home as our clients saw the possibilities of designing each space with the same level of care and intention. Their vision was never to erase the character of their home, but to elevate it—preserving the familiarity they loved while creating spaces that better reflected the way their family lives today.

The Approach: As the project expanded to include the kitchen, dining room, den, upstairs hallway, guest bath, and owner's suite, we carefully balanced timeless design with fresh perspective. Natural palettes and classic materials honored the home's traditional roots, creating a warm and cohesive backdrop throughout the main living spaces. The girls' bedrooms, however, became an opportunity to embrace creativity. Vibrant colors, custom storage solutions, and playful details transformed each room into a reflection of its owner's personality, proving that practical design can still feel full of joy.

The Outcome: The finished home feels both familiar and renewed—a place that honors its history while embracing the next chapter for the family who lives there. Every room was thoughtfully designed to support everyday life, from gathering together in the kitchen to giving each daughter a space uniquely her own.
