The goal for this new build was to create a home that felt elevated and stately, while still remaining enthralling and welcoming. Amidst the other new builds in the area that celebrate and emphasize sheer novelty, there's the risk of losing the intrinsic charm of a home. Our intention was different – to evoke a feeling of heritage without compromising contemporary comforts. We wanted the home to feel like it was telling a story, yearning for connections and poised to share lasting memories.
